Two rock outdoor Cancellation Policy
We do understand that people may have to cancel as we may also have to cancel booking due to restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made within 48hrs of a guided hike or a no show on the day no refund will be offered.
Cancellations made 3-5 days before a guided hike, a 50% refund will be offered or the option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability).
Cancellations made 5 days or more before a guided hike a full refund will be offered or the option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability).
If we have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given or you can choose an alternative date. This does not apply if we have to alter a route on the day for safety concerns.
For Trips or Travel
Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable. You are advised to take out your own travel insurance when you book. This may allow you to recover prior payments (usually less an excess) if you have to cancel and the circumstances of your cancellation are covered by the insurance contract.)
Anyone booked onto travel, courses and/or guiding which is cancelled by the Company will be entitled to a full refund or entitled to transfer to another course and no transfer fee will be payable. Should you transfer to another course any difference in price will be invoiced accordingly.
All cancellations must be in writing and sent either by post or email.

Cancellations made 5 - 20 days before; a 50% refund will be offered or the option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability).
Cancellations made 21 days or more before, a full refund will be offered or the option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability).
